Pros: 1. 24×7 Water and Power availability 2. No water logging (Important in Guwahati) 3. Parking Area 4. Fully furnished 5. Spacious room with an attached bathroom. 6. Good Mess- 3 times meal available. 7. Medical shop, Departmental store, Clinics, etc in walking distance. 8. Gym available in the building (for fitness enthusiast) 9. Price according to the location standards. 10. Homely environment. Cons: 1. Dinner time is 9:30pm (could be a problem for few otherwise it's okay). 2. A bit pricy but justified given the above facilities.

I stayed in the PG for 2 months and had a great experience. The food felt homemade, the environment was safe, the owner was kind, and although the room was small, it was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and newly built.

I had a great experience with Ants Pg! The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is good, too! I felt safe and happy during my stay. I would recommend Ants Pg to everyone looking for a nice place to stay!

From Arunachal Pradesh, I've lived in Mr. Sharma's PG for a month. And I feel like having a Home in Guwahati. ANTS PG is more like a Home than a paying guest. Food here is warm & nice ☺️❤️. And water clean & 24hrs.. 🙂 Loved the experience 😇

I had an excellent experience staying at this paying guest accommodation for five years. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the wonderful and supportive owner family. The homely atmosphere made my long stay incredibly comfortable. A major highlight was the food – delicious, home-cooked meals with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options readily available. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-cared-for living experience!

Very nice PG at centre of the city. The owner behaviour is also very good and it has homely environment with good food and secured for working professional and students.
