I had a very disappointing experience with Bsix Engineering regarding my AC installation. The installation was unnecessarily delayed by 10 days. Despite repeated follow-ups, Kareem kept postponing the visit, which caused significant inconvenience. When the installation was finally done, the workmanship was not satisfactory. Several aspects of the setup were not handled properly, and I had to point out basic issues that should have been managed professionally. Additionally, after the installation team left, I noticed that my watch was missing from the area where the work was being carried out. I cannot confirm what happened, but this incident has raised serious concerns about accountability and professionalism. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expected better service standards, punctuality, and responsibility.
