Absolutely pathetic after sales service from Digi Co. They do not intend to provide service. Whenever i call, they always provide the same resolution that they would send service personnel on the next day. However, the next day has never come till now. I will not buy any further items from Digi Co. Would also recommend my friends and relatives not to purchase anything from here.

Bought an AC two days back. Had a very bad experience during AC installation. The installation was done by a technician Bipul Saha from Electro Tropical. Very rude and arrogant person.

I had a horrible experience with Enovation. This could be one of the most unfriendly place for customers with the arrogant behaviour of the staff and owners. Secondly, the pricing is not at all transparent. They throw up surprises towards the end. The price we negotiate will jump by billing time. Beware!!

I have placed an online order via Bajaj Finserv.When I reached the Store they said the price is increased.They don't understand online order.The staff was even don't know about the process.So its a big disappointment. Wont visit there again
