They did not provide any Bill. Not even any 9 digit bar code. They do not maintain any hygiene during sample collection. Its costly and Sensitive test but, so, they come for sample collection at home. They do not have any skill how to move/handle the vials from home to lab after sample collection. They are taking vials by bike, the vials is on open hand without any plastic cover and protection on open sun light, sun ray is reflection. Very Disappointing. We pay enough money as you demand for good result, good service.
