Bad experience. Went for stringing my new Yonex racket but later after it was finished racket crack appeared at the top as seen in photos. Owner says it's not his fault and said racket is duplicate. But I have checked its original. Owner refused to refund the money.

The behaviour of the owner and staff are good. They have varieties of goods. I came to get my new racquet gutted and they gutted it in a single day.

MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish there was an option for 0 star or -100 star. The employees are very rude. If you call them from one number, and again from another number (in any issue like you dont have your phone at that time). They simply block you. When you call them and ask why did you block us they tell because we cannot take 2 numbers. Also talks very rudely. The owner is good but the employee who talks in hindi is very very very rude

I recently visited this shop in Beltola, hoping to purchase a basketball of a specific size. After confirming its availability over the phone, I walked to the shop with my daughter, as finding parking in the area on a Thursday is notoriously difficult due to Bazaar. Upon arrival, I was told that the size I needed was not available, contrary to what was confirmed earlier. This misinformation caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans, including reaching my office on time. So, zero “0” star if possible

Please teach the employee how to talk with the customers

Small shop but you will get all the sport items. Good shop and the shop owner is very polite.
