The best Tata Motors service centre in Assam, takes a little time because there are many vehicles come but behaviour and work is very good..

Quality of service is not good. It is better to go to other service centre. As a regular annual service, they replace the spark plug of my Nexon on 02-07-2025. The plugs were inferior in quality, the fuel efficiency dropped from 10km/lit to 8 km/lit. On raising complain, the service manager has no time to hear my complain. They haven't returned me my old plugs also. No prior permission from me was taken before replacing the plugs.

Good experience. Service quality, staff behaviour, sitting lounge all are very good. They provide tea, coffee to the customers which is very appreciable gesture. Highly recommended for tata car owners.
