I had a terrible experience as a customer, with this Sleepwell dealer. There was a defect in the Sleepwell mattress that I purchased from him. I have had a terrible time following up with him for resolution. Everytime he would commit a day, and then would not turn up on the committed day... Later on he also started avoiding my calls. Sleepwell is a good brand, but dealers like these create a negative experience of the brand. I would never recommend anybody buying from this store.
