The shop owner sent me 5 blankets from Panipat, but when I opened the bag, I found only 3. Also, they didn't call me when my parcel arrived in Guwahati. Very bad experience with TCI Freight.

Very rude staff, asked very politely since shipment was stuck for very long, other courier services take 20% of the time, was met with a very rude and obnoxious response, worst courier service in Assam.

Delivery of TCI is third class,, I will never go with TCI express, Guwahati , material was delivered in time ,, they ware not Understand value of time. .. Charge is so expensive ..
