Council of Baptist Churches in North East India (CBCNEI)

CBCNEI is a very good place for conducting conferences and trainings for Christian leaders. We had our leaders training for four days and were amazingly blessed by the fellowship. The constructions are very old but the atmosphere is awesome. The ACs in the rooms and hall to be serviced well, food I enjoyed a lot. Overall it was a good experiance being here with brothers and sisters in Christ.

The ultimate stay area for a quick stopover in Guwahati if you're looking for decent room with a spacious compound. Suggest booking the room in advance as room usually gets filled especially during peak time, the dormitory room is great for limited budget people. For the price and what it has to offer, im sure it would be difficult to look out for some other places.

It's a good place to stop by and take a rest if you are travelling through Guwahati. It's close to the railway station. The rooms are quite decent for the price. They also have dormitories for a very reasonable price for those who are on a tight budget. The whole compound is well secured and spacious unlike the other congested areas of Guwahati.

Good place but it is costly when we compare it with other christian guest houses and water shortage and food in the canteen is quite expensive!

An amazing place!! About 1.5kms from the train station. The place is just awesome. They've got over of the friendliest staffs. The security, the mess folks, the reception - everyone's really sweet! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and so is the washrooms. There are lots of birds in the compound. By 'lots', I mean loooooots. Brhamaputra is just at the back, in case you wanna visit. There are lots of eateries around. There's a police station and a hospital nearby. Wonderful experience.

Good place in Guwahati for meetings and gatherings. Wonderful and resourceful administrators. Right in the center with access to brahmaputra, fancy Bazar and all important places. They have a good cafeteria too for guests. Praying is plenty.

I had been here twice. And will visit again. But if you reach early morning, you must wait till 11am to get a room. Moreover, most interstate buses reach by the city by 5am. Well if rooms are free they should give entry at anytime if they want to improve. Owners should get references from better hotels or guests houses.
