I have visited this place at 3:50 pm on 27th Aug 2024 with a 2 months old street dog who was run over by a moving car the lady said Doctor will arrive by 5 pm so I left the puppy with a caregiver and i was constantly receiving a call from my caregiver’ phone no that i have to remove the dog from the clinic and take it to some other place or doctor.. I didn’t understand why the guy was so insistent on .. he was asking for my location as to where am i right now !! So i asked my caregiver to take the puppy out of the compound of the Vet clinic and wait on the road till i arrive beating the traffic.. i was told that the Doctor will not arrive today as Scheduled in the clinic at 5 pm .. am i being fooled for 1 hour?? Then i went to Vet ans Med beating the traffic again and the Doctor attended and advised Amputation of the leg for it’s survival.. such inhumane attitude of people who are into medical profession has pained my emotions today. If told earlier that the Doctor will not attend the clinic i would have gone to khanapara veterinary for treatment and saving the lead time. I can’t show you the injured led .. The Xray says the leg needs amputation.. as per the Doctor at Pet and Vet.

Got my 10 month old female cat spayed here 3 days back. The doctor was very well behaved and explained everything clearly. The surgery was completed within 30 minutes. My cat recovered by evening and had dinner too. The wound too, is healing well without any infection. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking out to neuter / spay their cats.

Excellent Vet Doctor in Guwahati city. I have very pleasant experience while I exhausted about my beagle's too much itching problem. After visiting 4 different Vet Clinics I am satisfied with this Khadem Pet Clinic. I think any one who have pets can approach Dr. Khadem and will be satisfied under his treatment.

Superb services and the Doctor atleast considers that the animal also has an immune system. He knows his job very well and is confident about it. I have met many vets, he's at the top list. I will always remember the way he saved chameli and hero, they almost gave up , but with the Doctor's guidance and our hard work, we could save them. I won't say he's god, but his treatment line works miraculously

Dr. Shams seems to possess magic in his hands. Got my third cat neutered yesterday. Just a couple of hours post surgery- the cat was eating normally and moving freely. Same was the case with my earlier two cats- one of which was spayed and the other neutered. For any pet surgery- this is the place to be in Guwahati! Highly recommended!

The called the number mentioned on their website.The receptionist picked the call and when enquired about the procedure for spaying cats, she said ask the person whoever has referred you.Dont ask me , I am not the doctor. She seriously needs counseling and not should not be allowed to sit there.Those who don't know what procedures to follow before taking any cat for spaying, how will that person assume things.Doctor, fire this lady or you will lose customers.
