Verity of products with reasonable prices. But staff behaviour is pathetic. They treat trier customers like an enemy.

Overall, my shopping experience was not very satisfactory. I visited the mall yesterday to purchase a jacket, but the store had sizes available only up to 2XL. Unfortunately, 2XL did not fit me, and I was specifically looking for a 3XL size, which was not available. There were also very limited collections in larger sizes. I would sincerely request the store to consider keeping 3XL and above, as customers of all body types deserve equal options and a comfortable shopping experience. I hope this feedback helps the store improve its size inclusivity and overall customer satisfaction.

The staff at Citycar are very good and they provide great service here. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they can achieve higher positions, and that they will be able to provide even better service in the future. Is there anything else you'd like to translate?

Yesterday evening I went to citykart to buy certain stationary items, to be precise, 2 pen stands and one plastic glass tumbler, price were quite affordable and the products were cute and it was exactly what I needed, but to my surprise when I went to the billing counter the staff their said "these products are not updated in our system yet, so we will not be able to sell these products to you" what kind store does that? They literally did not sell what I wanted, will never visit this store again! They should have either updated their system before opening the store or they shouldn't have put those items in display which are not updated in the system, that's the least work the staff does in such stores. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Disappointing experience at this mall! The staff at the cash counter were utterly unprofessional, allowing customers to cut in line and disregarding the queue entirely. Despite waiting patiently, we were forced to wait even longer as staff continued to serve those who hadn't waited at all. Unacceptable behavior that left a sour taste. Need to work on training staff on basic customer service and respect for shoppers' time. Recommendation: Improve staff training on queue management and customer service.

Store is good overall very managed but staff don,t have idea about there offer. Staff need knowledge about their offers

I went to the Citykart Adabari branch for the first time today. My experience was not good. Staff there are rude and unresponsive. AC was switched off even after having sufficient footfall, making it extremely hot and suffocating in there. Collection is fine not great. Overall needs improvement.
