Don’t go for the brand just because it’s a foreign brand. They are giving just 6 months warranty….why??? Are they not confident about their own products. It’s much more better to go for Decathlon where one can find lots of product options with reasonable price and 2 years warranty. First of all they don’t have much stores available. I bought a pair of shoes which cost more than 10k and damaged within few months. Though I did a complain at the store, they gave very irresponsible reply as it just had completed six months. If this is the quality of products and service you provide with this price range….it is not justified.

Bought a shoe for 7999 apparently it is not costly enough for it to last without any damage for 6 months. While exchange facility is offered, it was a hassle. In fact ongoing hassle. Was particularly disappointed with the manager's response to my query about the shoe wearing out as the "shoe being a part of the starting line up of columbia" and hence damaged. Also, had gone to the store to return but the same shoe was not available. So had to make multiple trips, which includes the first trip being all the way from Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh where i am posted. They can't also keep the shoe in the store due to whatever reasons and that causes further hassle. There must be a better way for such a massive brand selling by no means cheap products to resolve these issues.

Good experience overall. They explained what to wear for my purpose. Great store for our north east people with quality product and competent staff
