In store discount displayed 60% off. But while billing it showed 50%. They are faking with the people. Even the sales executive girl was not concerned while complaining. She was simply smiling and getting away from the situation. Date 21/12/2025. Time 4:30 pm

Yesterday, I visited Fashion Factory, and unfortunately my experience was extremely horrible due to the behavior of two female sales staff. While browsing, I noticed three very attractive dresses kept on the lower shelves in the selling section. The prints were beautiful, and the dresses had price tags attached, so I took them out to check my size. I was genuinely happy and interested in purchasing them. Suddenly, two saleswomen approached me rudely and said that those dresses were not for sale. When I asked why, one said it was a price tag issue, while the other said the items were already sold out. This made no sense because the dresses were clearly tagged and kept in the sales area. When I politely asked, “If these items are sold out, why are they kept in the selling section with price tags?” they replied very rudely, saying, “That’s none of your business.” I was completely shocked by their tone and lack of basic manners. Later, while I was explaining the situation to my friend, the billing staff overheard us and clearly stated that any item kept in the selling section can be purchased. After that, one of the saleswomen suddenly came up to me and started shouting, accusing me of complaining behind her back and saying, “If you have guts, say it to my face.” I calmly told her that I am a customer, I am paying for the products, not asking for anything free, and that basic manners and respectful behavior are expected. Instead of understanding, she continued to behave aggressively and made personal remarks by saying something like “What do you have to talk to me like this?”, indirectly questioning my status. If someone is wealthy thn only they will behave properly? My simple question is: If an item is sold out, why is it kept in the clothing display section with a price tag? This creates confusion and frustration for customers. If Fashion Factory also sells online, that still does not justify keeping sold items mixed with available stock. Such behavior from sales staff is unacceptable and mentally disturbing. Staff should be trained on customer handling and professionalism. I would highly recommend not visiting this store if you value your peace of mind and respectful service.

I have just been to this place and had a terrible experience ever. I asked one of the staff on the 1st floor for the kids footwear section and he just mumbled, so I said is this way you talk to your customers and the reply I received was unexpected and completely intolerable. He even said in hindi “ dimag thik nahi hai kiya”. So I told him that I would like to see your manager and he was like “do whatever you want”. Then I went downstairs to the cash counter and looked for the manager for who I was little early, he hadn’t arrived then. So I asked the other staff to connect me to the manager and I apprised him of the incident.

Very indiscipline place, woman's trial room doesn't have fans nor lights. Feels like suffocation. No staff in the perfume and glasses section even after a lot of asking. Actually, none of the staff members are helpful. They all are rude. No new stock, all old clothes are re-priced. Overall, very bad experience. Would not recommend.

I recently visited the Fashion Factory, guwahati, Assam, and my experience was truly no so good. From the moment I entered the store, I was warmly welcomed by the entrance staff. The mall itself is quite large, but it’s not very well maintained. The floors are dirty, the walls are cracked and peeling, and the lighting is low. The mall also lacks basic amenities like Air Conditioners are not working, security, clean bathrooms, and adequate seating. . In addition, the mall is often overcrowded and chaotic, which can make it difficult to find what you are looking for.

Situated behind Ulubari Hanumaan Mandir. This outlet has collection for kids, men and women. It houses many brands as well. However the quality of clothes are average. Few brands have clothes which looked quite old and dirty especially the ones from Zara. Both Indian and western outfits along with bags and shoes are available for women. The men's collection is little better. There are lots of options to choose from. Pricing is moderate and offers are usually available. However the female staff in the ladies section are not very active. Most of them are not aware about the products and stock situation. Overall average.
