Recently visited this clothing store and was delighted by the collection as well as the very courteous staff. The young sales executives addressing everyone as "Baa"(sister) felt very warm and welcoming, but sometimes they get overburdened with the heavy rush of customers. The collections include a wide variety of silk, tussar and other traditional handloom clothes for women and men. A one-stop-shop for Assamese wedding trousseau or if someone wants to buy Assamese traditional wear with prices ranging from 1500-27K+. The best part is, they have a very good tailor in-house to stitch the blouse and make the clothes ready to wear at a very reasonable rate. They also take tailoring orders even if you don't buy it from the store.

Terrible service. The store itself is impressive—large, well-stocked, and run by a team of young women, which was great to see. Unfortunately, the experience fell apart the moment we interacted with the sales staff. The counter staff were unprofessional, lacked basic knowledge about the clothing, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. When we asked about a specific style, we were told it “does not exist,” even though we had already researched it and knew it was available. She insisted she was right rather than actually checking. Throughout our visit, not a single staff member seemed willing to properly show the clothes. They acted as if they would only open items if we committed to buying them, rushed through folding, and mostly talked among themselves instead of assisting customers. A store with such potential deserves much better customer service.

One stop destination for Pure and Authentic Handloom Products. They have a wide range of products along with Khadi products. Parking available in the basement.

They have a very good collection of traditional Assamese pat silk and muga mekhla sador and other types of traditional Assamese mekhla sador. There staff are very good and Price is also reasonable.

Like to give a big 0. Seems they are getting unprofessional as days are passing. I purchased one cotton kesa paat mekhela chadar on 9th July and wore it on 14th July, this was not my first purchase . And after 3 hours my blouse got torn in many places. When I contacted them they just said thus happen to cotton kesa paat and disconnected the call. And till today they didnot bother to reply for it.

The interior is amazing. Huge collection of all types of silk. Staff is friendly and well-behaved. The price is reasonable too.

Various design available.. required more staff in the showroom.. they dont provide a little water bottle even I was there for almost 1 and half hrs and buy 5 pairs of cloths. My recent visit to Kangkan Dhemaji was very disappointing. The overall service quality is going down day by day. During my last visit, I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from one of the sales staff, Lutumoni Chutia. Her attitude towards customers was rude and unacceptable. Basic customer service manners seem to be lacking, which made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Additionally, the quality of clothes does not justify the high price point. The prices are much higher compared to other stores in the market offering better quality products. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I left the store quite dissatisfied. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving both service standards and product quality.
