Worst Customer service i went in City Center Mall on 7.12.2025 . there are two girls one named Priyanka as she mentioned other may be some asamese girl they behaved very inapropriately. They shouted on my husband which is unacceptableas he asked them which machine is not working.kept us waiting for long saying there card paying machine wasnt working and also told they faced some issue with other customer yesterday but all her anger busted on the customer standing there such a disrespectful gesture we love @Mark&Spencer products but such kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter i would also like to provide you any other information about those girls and anything related to this case . We are terrified if we have to face that kind of things again at @Mark & Spencers store at Central Mall

They had a good collection although they should consider shifting the location to city centre as Central Mall is horrid. Hardly any shops were open in the upper floors. They should consider and entry and exit in the front as i had to walk all the way back again to exit.

The worst customer staff ever Especially this staff called Sanjay forgot to give us our change and harassed us for 30 minutes After checking CCTV, when no exchange of cash was found in video, he started harassing and shouting at us Pathetic store pathetic staff! If I had an option, would give -1/5 Never visiting again

I'm a fan of M&S clothing....so nothing much to say. Superb quality with a wide range of products. You may found overpriced but worth it. Just go for it if you are looking for long lasting good quality products.

The staff is really helpful and of course M&S is little pricey but the quality is good so i guess it is worth it. Not really nice collection but the blazer and over coat were nice. Plus there is some discount going in so you can check it out.

Could have been more planned while offer implementation

My favourite destination for shopping in town. The M & S is more of a serious touch and perfect for formal dress. Do check out the lovely collection and they also have various accessories out here. Worth a try. Do give a try if you are looking for something in western formals. Located at central mall this place is easily accessible from all parts of the city.

My fav, although I can barely afford it. But durable stuff and knowing it's expensive, I'd rather wear an M&S for long than regularly shop. Also, my shirt I bought from here some years ago still looks the same. good as new.
