Pantaloons (Roodraksh Mall, Guwahati)

Products are good but Billing takes too long here because most of the times the server is down and also billing counters are empty. Out of 5 billing counters only 1 is available for billing.

Visited this rudraksh mall store to purchase my garments. Staff behaviour was nice, but the billing guy did not detach the metallic security tag by mistake. Later after coming home I had to remove that tag. It was a very difficult job for me ! Dear billing guy please be sincere in your job. Hope next time this will not happen to any customer.Thank you.

Quality of Indian wear has gone down here. Need to bring in variety. Too cluttered and crowded with clothes.

Whenever I visit India, Pantaloon is my go to place. I came to visit Guwahati and Arunachal Pradesh this time and couldn't stop myself to visit Pantaloon which is located in Roodraksh mall. I don't have good feedback on Roodrakhs mall as the ACs were not working the day when I visited. It's summer here and burning hot. But your employee Priya Das took my heart away. She is an amazing human being..warm, welcoming and friendly. People like her is an asset to the organisation they work for. Thank you Priya for your beautiful customer service. Until I visit India again, all the very best.

I recently visited this Pantaloons a couple of times, once for men's clothing and another time for women's. Both visits revealed a good collection, and after some browsing, I found most of what I was looking for. The store's accessibility is excellent, as it is centrally located and right next to Smart Bazaar. On both occasions, it wasn’t very crowded, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Although the billing process was a bit slow, it didn’t bother me much due to the lack of crowd. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-stocked store.
