A Good place to buy merchandise but just a suggestion from a customer's point of view ..... kindly either train your sales person in customer relations or hire new ones..... it seriously felt like they were there out of compulsion and just making sure that they somehow last through their shift and get out.... barring any personal situations they might be facing the bare minimum they could do was attend to a potential customer and show a bit interest in selling your products ..... it would be better if they were on a commission basis so that they would put in a bit of effort to attend to a customer ..... just a opinion from a concerned buyer

Extremely disappointing experience at Shoppers Stop. I recently purchased a belt for ₹4,000, and within just one week it got damaged. When I went to the store for a return or exchange, the staff refused to help, stating it was “not in their policy,” without showing any willingness to understand the situation or offer a solution. The behavior of the staff was very rude, unprofessional, and insensitive. There was no courtesy, no support, and no responsibility taken for a clearly defective product. For a brand that claims to provide quality service, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Very, very bad staff behavior and extremely poor customer service. I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend Shoppers Stop to anyone. Thank You

Excellent interior designs and soo many shops but yeah prices of things are on the expansive side But for movies this mall is best because it is partnerd with PVR Must visit during festivals since it shows you how creative they are in terms of festival themes

Perfect place for men’s wear especially as you can see in the picture. All the good brands in one floor. Got a good number of good shirts for hubby. I love the heights of stuff displayed, easy to reach out and have a good look. A good Trial Room too.

FRAUD BILLING PEOPLE, NEVER GO They dupe you to sign for some black card membership for extra Rs 350 and force you to buy it. They said it will be deducted in your next purchase and when I purchased next time it was denied and said you have zero points. It is very bad experience to in billing counter as they will take more than 15 20 mins to done with billing and tries to sell additional services also. NEVER GO THERE

The Decorations makes every celebration memorable at this mall. My visit this season left me spell bound with lighting, live Carol and the Santa posing with everyone for the wonderful photo moment.

A good place to spend the day. You get a lot of options from clothing apparel, to shoes, to food options to recreational activities, to makeup and lingerie, from sports items to weddings, etc. etc. It also has PVR. Its well decorated always and picture perfect for selfies. It has a parking zone containing a good number of vehicles. The only thing- the place is quite expensive. When you visit it, be prepared to shelve a lot of money. 🤣 But anyways, its the most visited place on weekends, especially evenings.

Biggest mall I have ever visited....all you will find here branded cloths ,shoes ,everything for daily needs...if you visit guwahati make sure u never miss the opportunity to visit there
