I have been buying personalised suits, shirts, trousers etc for me and my family from this shop since almost last ten years and really I must say they make you completely satisfied and happy with the type of service provided. The guidance in cloth selection, stitching, designs etc is top notch and you will find perfect results for your ordered clothing. They even help you with any kind of alterations if needed after product delivery. Do give them a visit surely for an excellent service throughout your selecting and buying process. I have faced the worse clothing and tailoring experience at here. I will never recommend anyone to visit this shop. They don't care about the cloth quality. I had opted for siyaram's suit piece and placed an order. After some time, I went to have a final preview of my nearly finished suit, I observed a long scratch mark (defective) on my coat. The tailor even don't took the measurements properly for sewing a perfect suit. He was unable to adjust/fit my suit piece properly even after the trial. (I have to visit the stall again after delivery as the tailor refused to do fitting adjustments even after I raised a complain on the day of delivery). The Shop-keeper refused to issue a proper receipt of the item. He only issued the receipt of buying the cloth piece, and excluded the amount which considers the stitching charges. On addressing this issue, he said that the tailor will issue a receipt for the stitching part. When I asked the tailor, he straight away denied of having such sort of receipt. The irony is that while making the payment (via debit card), the shop owner asked to pay the whole amount including clothing and tailoring to a same account. GMC must notice such bill unissued activities and should take some disciplinary action against this.
