Purnanagar Namghar

Purnanagar Namghar, established in 1989, is a sacred and vibrant center of devotion in our community. Every year, the Krishna Janmashtami celebration here is truly special, filled with joy, faith, and cultural richness. The morning begins with delightful activities for children, including games, art, and quiz competitions, fostering creativity and enthusiasm among the young generation. As night falls, the soul-stirring echoes of Nagara Nam and local female Nam create a divine atmosphere, bringing devotees together in deep devotion. The celebration culminates with a warm and communal dinner of khichdi, symbolizing togetherness and tradition. Growing up in this place, I have cherished these moments, and the Namghar remains a pillar of our heritage, spreading peace, unity, and spirituality.

Mostly it is a religious place, where people can do the religious work that is related to retuls. Some occasional festivals also celebrated in Namghar. The women worship and sing 'Nam' during occasional festivals. 'Krishna janmashtami ' is the mostly celebrated festival. And this Namghar is not only a religious place, but also a fact for integrating the community.
