A Disappointing Experience with Nilkamal Furniture I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Nilkamal Furniture, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. From the moment I entered the store, I encountered a rude and ill-mannered salesperson who seemed disinterested in assisting me. Their behavior alone left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, the store had an astonishingly limited stock of furniture items. It felt as if I was browsing through a nearly empty showroom, with only a handful of options available. This lack of variety made it nearly impossible to find something suitable for my needs. The store's failure to maintain adequate stock levels is inexcusable and shows a lack of consideration for its customers. One of the most off-putting aspects of my visit was the pricing of the furniture. I discovered that Nilkamal Furniture was selling old, outdated products at significantly higher prices compared to what I had seen on their own online website. This pricing strategy is not only deceptive but also leaves customers feeling cheated. Why would anyone want to pay more for outdated products when they can easily find newer and cheaper options online? Overall, my experience with this Nilkamal store was nothing short of a disaster. The rude and unhelpful salesperson, combined with the lack of stock and inflated prices, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I would strongly advise anyone in search of furniture to consider other stores, both online and offline, before setting foot in this store. Not recommended at all.

Good store with a variety of collections. I ordered a dining set of 6 seaters . They delivered the item as early as possible. The good thing about them is they install and deliver the same item without taking any charge.

Please donot buy furniture from nilkamal thinking it’s a brand and you get service from any of the stores on online…you have to visit that particular store for any service from the shop you purchased or you will have to hear harsh words like o heard from this shop. ..the one in tripura road

Nilkamal Premium has beautiful range of furniture. I am already using their bed, it’s really good quality but it falls in the range slightly above Low-medium

Zero Stars to the showroom, there is two person in the showroom, don't know whether both of them are CEO or Owner of that company, their behaviour is very rude and attitude is on next level, you literally have to request them to give a demo of their products. The company or the store should think about this kind of things if they are willing to give a good service to the customers..

Great collection of Furniture at competitive prices. Got an Office desk and Chair, both are good in quality and durability. Same day delivery. Very humble people. Must visit for any furniture needs.
