I tried the Flex Chair at The Sleep Company yesterday, and the overall experience was excellent. The chair is extremely comfortable, feels premium, and provides excellent lumbar support. Absolutely horrible company and customer service. I placed a mattress order with The Sleep Company in Guwahati, trusting their advertised 100-Day Free Trial / 100-Day Free Return Policy. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The Sleep Company delivered the wrong mattress to my Guwahati address. I reported the issue immediately and have contacted customer service more than 10 times over the past month. Despite repeated assurances, there has been no proper pickup, replacement, or refund. Even though my order clearly falls within their 100-day return policy, they have failed to honor it. Instead, I have experienced continuous delays, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior from customer support and pickup staff. In my case, The Sleep Company has shown complete negligence in resolving a wrong product delivery and refund request. Since there has been no action despite multiple follow-ups, I am proceeding with filing a formal consumer complaint and initiating legal action. If you are ordering a mattress from The Sleep Company in Guwahati or anywhere else, carefully consider how they handle return requests and refund issues before purchasing. Their experience centre staff is shitty and so is the company. I am attaching a copy of the quotation as well, in case the company denies their culpability.

Great experience at the store. Nicely explained about the chair and table which I came for also showed around the other interesting stuff at the store, which was very good experience.

The store has a variety of options for every comfort related preference. The staff there explained the features of each product very nicely in a detailed manner that made it much easier for us to decide which product is perfect as per our need
