Hi Sir I'am Nipen Rajowar ex- student of CSAP Ias academy. (Attsa Sibsagar batch) I took admission in this coaching institution in april 2024 .Then the civil service journey started. The faculty of this Institute helped in building the educational foundation of this journey. I understood the large syllabus of Apsc cce.There had many lots of memory with csap ias academy . The foundation batch was 18 months it was successfully completed covering all the subjects I would like to takes this opportunity to thanks all the faculty and staff of CSAP IAS Academy include Rajdeep sir ,Jepul sir, Izaz Sir,Apurba sir. CSAP Academy has been a helpful place for learning, especially because of Mayur Sir, who is truly one of the strongest pillars of the institute. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and concept-oriented, which makes even difficult topics easy to understand. He genuinely cares about students’ progress, and that makes a big difference. However, my overall experience wasn’t completely smooth. Some of the other faculty members did not meet the same standard, either in terms of teaching quality or consistency. There were moments where classes felt unorganized or less effective. The management of the academy also needs improvement. Better coordination, clearer communication, and more student-centric planning would definitely enhance the learning environment. In summary, CSAP has good potential, thanks to educators like Mayur Sir, but there are areas—especially faculty consistency and management—that need attention for a truly excellent experience.

Got enrolled in CSAP IAS Academy under Koch Rajbongshi Development Council. The faculties are very knowledgeable and cooperative. I must mention the teachers I met—Izaz Ahmed Sir, the best History teacher I have ever come across, along with Mayur Sir and Puja Ma’am, who have very engaging and interesting teaching styles. Apart from academics, the institute also gave us the opportunity to attend the Winter Session at the Assam Legislative Assembly. These kinds of encouraging and innovative experiences go hand in hand with our learning. Truly grateful to be a part of this institution.

The visit to the Assam Legislative Assembly on 27th November 2025, organised by CSAP IAS Academy, was truly enriching. Experiencing the legislative process firsthand provided a level of clarity and practical understanding that reading from books alone can never offer. Seeing the procedures unfold in real time helped me grasp the functioning of the Assembly in a more vivid and meaningful way. It was extremely enlightening to observe the practical side of law making something that made the entire subject more relatable. In my personal experience i am didn't prefer the CSAP IAS Academy. #Negative : Polite but Honest The hostel management really needs improvement. The rooms are not properly maintained, and the food quality is below average. Basic facilities like clean bathrooms and proper water supply are often missing. A negative environment for study. Classes are irregular , lack of classes timing management. #Positive : Some faculty members ( Apurba sir , Mayur sir , Abhijit sir , Mrityunjay sir , Manob sir ) are supportive and explain everything clearly. Their guidance really helped me stay focused. And their teaching methods and behaviour is really good and help to feel friendly . This institute is not very helpful for serious APSC preparation. Better look for other institutes. Thank you.....
