A really good place to start early with Taekwondo. It encourages children to be focused and build resilience and be strong. Very happy with the set up and teaching of the Master. Keep up the good work.

One of the best teacher of Muay Thai Reasons:- 1. Good amount of Focus on basic forms 2. Gradual progressive teaching of techniques which makes learning advance forms easy and fun 3. Giving motivation to outperform our last records resulting to push ourselves 4. Reduce chances of injuries during training due to sir's guidance Results :- 1. Increase in stamina within 2~3 weeks 2.Drastic increase in flexibility 3. Legs strength and upper body strength increase 4. Due to focus on basics first, fat loss took time but results were seen gradually with advancement in training ( depends upon body structure and amount of effort )
