One of the prestigious and historical colleges Assam. Infrastructure is so much and so fast developing that the space falls short for the college. Government is thinking to covert it to third campus of Gauhati University.

I am an ex student from the Department of Zoology (Batch 2019-2022). HGC is one of the best colleges for girls in Guwahati. The faculty members of the Zoology Department are truly incredible. They have supported and guided us in the best way possible. Even after years of passing out, they still treat us with so much love and are so welcoming. I am proud to be part of this prestigious institution.

I love this college and currently im here in 1st semester and all the activities are provided wth certificate course with going classes and lectures
