They'll charge you a fixed amount of 4500. No matter the issue. I had a simple heating issue glad I didn't payed and asked a friend and he cleaned my laptop's fans and the issue was resolved. But their technician said it is some hardware issue.

The worst experience, they tried to fool customer by selling their products and ones the sale is done, they behave irresponsible, unprofessional, not concerned, bad behaviour , i swear i tried to file police complaint against them but due to lack of time i am unable to. I want to talk to the owner.

Visited Datamation to get my printer repaired because it wasn’t printing. At first, they told me the repair would cost around ₹5000, which felt too high, so I said no. After a while, a technician came and personally told me he could do it for ₹3500, which made me a bit suspicious. I refused and brought the printer back. Surprisingly, once i came to my shop, the printer started working on its own probably just a loose wire I think I really don't know This made me feel like the problem wasn’t really serious, and they were just trying to charge extra. Honestly, it didn’t give me a trustworthy impression. I have heard about them that they will try to scam you and if you don't know much about tech they will overcharge you.

Very bad experience. Post delivery date of 2 days, when i went to take my product which i gave for repairing they made me wait more than 1 hour. And as per my request some part they don’t have, and they don’t even inform me for this earlier. When i reached to collect the same they informed some parts are not available as per my required colour but in some other colour it’s available. Still they don’t bother to call me prior my visit to take the product.

Worst worst shop ever. Firstly their repairing is not at all worth it. I don't know what they did with my phone's battery , it's battery power reduces drastically. Secondly customer service is so bad. They don't even give the items on item on top of that charge a high price

Datamation services is one of the very old computer service centres in Guwahati, who have done pretty well for themselves over the past years. Other than this they have two more sale outlets on the opposite side of the road. Their services are good, but looking at the service rate chart pasted over at their reception, I somehow feel that they at times overcharge for certain services. I have gone their many a times over the last decade; once I went to replace my hp laptop keyboard, CMOS Battery, normal battery and adapter (all compatible ones and not original) for which I was quoted the price of 5800 + fitting charges (about 1k), which honestly I found a bit expensive. I although didn't do it there and got it done later over a shop in Beltola for about 4k (for the same compatible parts) and no extra fitting charges. Moreover, Datamation is more into replacing the entire part (m not talking about my keyboard here) even if their is a possibility to repair it, in case someone spends a little time on it. You might find cheaper alternatives for similar services in Guwahati, but yes, then it might take time. But yes for some critical problems better consult here cos even if they charge more, they seem to have some pretty good engineers in their staff who'll address your problem sincerely.

What i want finally i have found Awesome product. Really good store and good accessories many cutomers buying their choice accesories. Avilleble here computers,hard disk, CVTV,Speaker, headphone, Mouse, Digitel Keyboard,Digitel Headphone, Digitel Camara printer,Cartage,Full Security of Latop and Computer's look very nice store in Guwahati.Very busy store with each others customers .Thank you i have visited of this Store.
