I had an urgent parcel which was stuck for 2 days due to some issue. But I came across Mr Bhaskar Poddar from Paltanbazar Dtdc Oldest branch, and helped me in no time. He himself carried the parcel and delivered it to me at 9.30pm. He was so kind and generous. Forever grateful to DTDC for having such outstanding employees who go out of their way to help cutomers.
