Being a regular customer from day one to till 19 months of my baby, I had good experience but one of sudden had a very unfortunate experience. Purchase a baby straw bottle worth Rs. 700 around and have found defective product as baby is unable to consume water as water flaw is nearly invisible. Even being adult I was unable to get water from that straw. Even after repeating my words no one willing to understand the problem and has rejected return or exchange request. With this experience I won't think I will purchase anything from this Shop anymore as Amazon and other marketing giants never ask any questions on return.
