Society maintenance extremely low.. no seriousness is shown regarding the maintainence ... not clean and tidy ... the H block in the apartment has been infected with termites badly to the extent that the flats there need renovation..

Good residential society in the heart of the city. Lifts and security guard available on both the gates. Ample parking.

Very clean premises with well behaved security personnel who are kind with the visitors.
