Respected Sirs/Madams My Name is Monish Baruah My only Request to you is to Make people Aware of A Fraud Builder Named SWARNA VALLEY DEVELOPERS Guwahati..Also To Direct/Advice HDFC Ltd to PLEASE BLACK LIST THIS Developer..And Buyers please Beware of the Builder that i have named..He Sold a Banglow to me which is based in Sonapur ,Assam, I did a cancellation deed with him in which he promised to pay the bank's amount and my contribution but the Fraud what he did is he sold the property to another buyer named Prabir Kumar Borah even before the Cancellation deed was done with me without my knowledge.. resultingly my CIBIL score has gone for a toss..I have Informed HDFC ltd but in return HDFC Ltd instead of Blacklisting the Builder and take Appropriate action against him they write a mail that HDFC LTD might sue me....IRONY. I Will be of Great Help if RERA helps me.
