My genuine feedback for sales team Recently I purchased under construction Aronika Palace Flat 3D from them possession date as per RERA is March 2026. I searched it through magic bricks and then one of their Sales Executives Manty Paul contacted me the conversation was smooth and I liked their approach in sales with out pressurising the client. She asked me to visit the place before any final decision which is the standard norms for every sale. I stay in south Indian and arranged the visits and liked the property as well which meets my current requirements. Price if OK as per the recent market condition in Guwahati though not as per the area which has not been developing for last 10 year as compared to other corners after my conversation with the locals. Few challenges I faced due to outstation - 1) draft agreement befor agreement sent to me by Manty for my review was complete mess.. I had to flag many incorrect information. - I was wondering how they could send a messy draft to client for review. This was then corrected accordingly and they resent the draft. 2) in the price break up I always had a confusion because they didn't clearly call out the parking area price agreed in one of the pages in the agreement instead she skipped that point convincing me that total price is same where as I realized they mentioned balcony area price way higher than the area/prce - after 6 months now I had To revisit and Reraise this because Of some ongoing Concern with the project 3) even their nominated bank personal sent Document Carryin incorrect information (Flat details) to my home branch. I appreciate them for resending it after I flagged these mistakes. 4) I was informed by sales that when ever any work starts some one from builder side will intimate me but I had to keep calling them asking for The status. Manty told me that there was some one but left so she would keep me updated.She did help but incomplete details. I just came to know about their new Service Team post sale seTwice now available 5) builder Biswas very often don't pick calls when I need updates neither call back. 6) during interior plastering I flagged some conversation of the thickness of was (blocks were visible after plastering) did not get satisfactory assurance that quality is taken care. 7) since May till June 2025 work on hold due to some conflict But I had to keep contacting the team to finally been connected with Abhinav (owner of Vasundhara) and I really appreciate him for sharing the reason for this hault honestly as far as I could get it. Now next question is how honestly/proactively they share updates with me/other allotees and with out pressurising the clients they can deliver The project on agreed time line With complete handover (legal formalities like OC and other stuffs). Nevertheless Your sales team need to improve their understanding of clients and be much more serious while dealing with them from my experience with this team. My experience with Vasundhara realtors was nice and highly satisfying. Being new in the city, I was looking for a property with ample space and good locality. However after researching a lot in the areas of interest I couldn't find anything within my Budget. The experienced with my friend was unbelievable. Firstly he showed us 1000sq. Ft. For 2 bhk. We were almost final to keep the flat but at the end while checking documents the carpet area was found only 650 sq. Ft. We are so shocked about this and by god's grace back out before finance. I would say kindly check out the area before purchasing rather belive what the broker ( Mr. Abhinav Bhatt. ) says. We were almost got ditched by them.
