I recently started using Korean beauty products, and it’s been a wonderful experience. I was curious because I’d heard a lot about their skincare routines and gentle formulas. The first products I tried were a green tea cleanser, a snail mucin serum, and a moisturizing cream. I loved how light and soothing they felt on my skin. After a few weeks, my face looked brighter and felt smoother. The packaging was also really cute and made my skincare routine more enjoyable. Overall, I learned that being consistent with a simple routine really works, and I’d definitely recommend Korean beauty products to anyone who wants soft, healthy-looking skin.

Worst service ever… seriously impressive how bad it was. My sister and I went to this store and somehow experienced a masterclass in how NOT to handle customers. The payment of ₹4480 was done successfully, screenshot shown, transaction details shown, everything shown — except apparently “belief” was missing. Even after all the proof, they still refused to give the products. Their payment system failed, their scanner failed, but obviously we were expected to magically fix it. Instead of solving the issue, they chose to argue, deny, and act like the problem didn’t exist. We walked out without any products and without any resolution. No accountability, no apology, no compensation — just attitude. Truly world-class ignorance. If you enjoy paying and receiving nothing in return, this is definitely the place for you.

Worst service ever....my sister went to this store and they don't even have proper payment system....she paid 4480 and even shown the payment screenshot but they still didn't gave the products...she made the payment and returned without any products....they could have solved the issue...they don't care about the customer...worst customer service everrr...no one should go to this place.... it's the worst place.... they didn't even believe them even after showing the ss.....the problem was in their scanner still they didn't take the accountability....no compensation for the loss....they should have atleast done something....

Had a really disappointing experience at this store. I was trying some trial products when one of the staff members suddenly took them away from my hands while I was still testing them- very rude and unprofessional! If customers aren’t even allowed to properly try the testers, how are we supposed to decide what to buy? My friend was with me too, and she had a similar experience. She had tried a trial lip gloss on her hand, and the same staff member directly took it from her hand and kept it back in its place. That was just strange and completely unacceptable, especially since these are trial products meant for customers to try. The store really needs to train its employees better on basic customer service and manners. This kind of behavior leaves a bad impression, and I don’t think I’ll ever visit again.

I recently bought a skincare kit from BeautyTalk Korea and absolutely loved it! 💖 The products are amazing — so gentle and effective, and my skin already feels fresh and glowing. ✨ The packaging was beautiful, delivery was smooth, and the staff, especially Dharnita, was extremely polite and helpful. Had a great experience, brought a lot of skin care products and also some accessories. Will visit them again for sure and there staffs are really kind and sweet.

The product quality is excellent and exactly as described. I’m very happy with my purchase. The salesperson was polite, patient, and explained everything clearly. Great service overall!
