recently visited VLCC Beltola, and it was such a great experience. The service and staff were amazing , everyone was so kind and welcoming. A special mention to Ankita, who did my facial and pedicure. She did such a wonderful job, and the experience was so relaxing. I don’t know the name of the gentleman who styled my hair, but he was extremely sweet and gave me a beautiful new hairstyle. Highly recommended❤️ you must visit and try their services. ✨🤍

The ambience is absolutely lovely — clean, calming, and beautifully set up, which instantly makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The services are top-notch and done with great care and professionalism. The staff members are extremely polite, attentive, and friendly, making sure you’re comfortable throughout. Their behavior and hospitality truly stand out. A special mention to the manager Arifa, who manages everything so smoothly and efficiently. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail clearly reflect in how well the entire place runs. It’s rare to see such excellent management along with such a positive atmosphere.

The services provided here are really very good and valuable.Had a nice experience, the staff are very friendly , good and polite. If you stay near to this place, do visit.

Pedicure and manicure is excellent. I had done hydra facial which is great here. The manager is really helpful and guided me with fruitful results. Thank you for taking care.

I had a very disappointing experience at VLCC Beltola. I was promised a one-hour facial with a massage, but the massage portion lasted barely 10 minutes. The service overall lacked quality, especially the massage, which was underwhelming and not worth the price. To make matters worse, I was upcharged without clear communication. My 6-year-old daughter got a basic mani/pedi and was charged full adult prices — which I find completely unreasonable. The manager, Arifa, was defensive and argumentative when I tried to address these concerns. Instead of resolving the issues, she kept citing her 7 years of industry experience, which honestly doesn’t reflect in the service or customer care I received. There’s a lot of false advertising here — what’s promised is not what’s delivered. I expected better from a brand like VLCC. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this branch to others.
