I had ordered a pair of Nike shoes. The delivery didn't come yet as they would constantly ask for KYC documents. I repeatedly upload the documents but each time they rejected it for some reason or the other. They do not even respond to my complaint. The worst service courier ever as they made me go berserk even last time around. No company should use them as their shipping partners, as apart from a terrible service, they also charge an exorbitant sum of money for delivery.

The worst courier service. My shipment reach guwahati Aramex office on 05/07/2021, however till today i.e. 09/07/2021 it has not reach my destination in Shillong. Morever, their customer care number is also not working. Besides their tracking updation is also the worst.

As others have pointed out, they provide fake info that they've made delivery attempts, sometimes even before 8 Am, while they don't even bother calling, !! My prepaid parcels have been languishing with them for several days, while the customer care exec, who is the only one accessible over phone, has the gall to imply that I'm lying! Really terrible 👎

The delivery boy lied that there was no one. The next day he called up and said he'd come but didn't come. Three days later, the shipment went back. I'll also mail ebay to NEVER send stuff through Aramex. Very unhelpful customer service. They don't even give the local phone number

Worst courier service, unresponsive, dead contact details. They raise fake delivery attempt to the company. I placed an order on AJIO, unfortunately they sent it via ARAMEX and today after 4 days of their first fake delivery attempt I had to collect the product from the hub. And when I inquired about delivering at my address, they said that the delivery guy is sick. Is this a kind of service? If anyone's product is dispatched via ARAMEX, just cancel your order, and re-order also ask them to dispatch via other courier like Delhivery, E-com xpress, E-Kart etc.Atleast they don't raise fake delivery attempt, and also they share the contact details of the delivery guy so that you can contact them. Harassed a lot.

They have to inform us before delivery. I can't even contact them because of their Invalid phone numbers. And there is one number that Says that it's switch off. Please deliver my parcel it's urgent🙏🙏it's from SheIn. Please!!

Worst courier service in Guwahati. No garuntte delivery. Delivery man dosent pick up his phone. When asked denies the delivery by saying today they will not deliver in the particular direction. They only know how big Guwahati is that they have to deliver a particular direction everyday. If anyone buys something online please request the online portal not to use aramex as a courier service. Either one should provide service in a disciplined way or close the service. No one have time to reply the online portal for not receiving the product. The delivery man dosent contact and replies to the online portal that the customer have refused.

Minus Five Star Company. Should proudly call itself 'Araamex', 'AmINotLax', 'HaraamiYikes', etc . Poor response on phone (Bombay, Delhi), Clueless and lazy Service 'executives'. When I call them for the number of local 'tie-up' who delivers, they don't have it! You will be forced to just keep listening to Borgeet and pray to Maa Kamakhya.. Joy Mata di! Has tied a knot with the notorious Delhivery. Both should be shuttered together. Their service will wreck your BP, HR, Anxiety, Anger, Frustration etc and make you enter a hospital. Else, they will make a supreme sanyaasi out of you.
