Blue Dart DHL

I opted for Blue Dart Express for an urgent shipment from Guwahati to Delhi on 12 December 2025, paying rs 5,200, because the delivery was time-critical. I was initially assured delivery by 15 December. However, I have now been informed that the parcel will be delivered on 18 December, taking 6 days, which completely defeats the purpose of choosing an express service. The delay was handled very poorly. The executive informed me that the parcel was postponed because thermocol packing material was not available. This is an internal operational issue and should not impact a customer who has paid for express service. What is more concerning: On 15.12.2025, during office hours, the executive’s phone was switched off till around 12 PM The parcel was finally processed late in the evening, causing further delay Tracking initially showed “records not found” Customer care and email support were unresponsive If an express parcel takes 6 days to reach, what exactly is the value of paying a premium for express service? Due to the failure to meet the committed delivery timeline, lack of communication, and operational lapses, I expect a refund of the express charges paid. This experience was stressful and extremely disappointing for a brand that claims to offer reliable express logistics.

Very Poor Service its been More then 2 days my order is not getting delivered it's Shows Customer Not Available But I Was Available No Calls Nothing. And they don't even share contact number.

I would like to bring to your attention my disappointing experience with the Six Mile Blue Dart service. The delivery charges were already high, yet my parcel was delayed without any proper update. To make it worse, the parcel was sent to the wrong PIN code despite me providing the correct one. Because of this error, I had to pay extra at the other location as well, which is extremely unfair and inconvenient.

It’s like some sort of scam going on here. Or they just don't want to do their job. They don't even attempt to deliver the parcel and falsely keep putting “undelivered because consignee refused”. This has happened way too many times. I just don’t recieve my parcels if its coming via this 6 mile bluedart. Why open a courier service and then not deliver the parcels, thats like your only job!

I had a very bad experience with Blue Dart Six Miles. My Axis Bank credit card was sent through them, but they never delivered it to my address. They also did not answer my calls, and I had to go personally to collect it. Very unprofessional and poor service. Customers should not face this kind of trouble for such an important document😡😡😡

I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust and fury with the performance of this specific delivery office. The service, or lack thereof, is nothing short of an absolute disgrace. The entire operation appears to be run by a group of the most lazy, negligent, and deceitful employees imaginable.

Avoid visiting this particular Blue Dart location. It’s better to travel a bit further and choose another branch. The owner might initially come across as very polite, but don’t be misled by it. Many of his promises are simply not true. For example, he may suggest using an “emergency” service that supposedly delivers in 3–4 days, charging extra for it — but that’s just a false assurance. In reality, he doesn’t prioritize your shipment and often delays sending it by 2–3 days himself. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with Blue Dart. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I didn't like the blue dart as my order was to be delivered on 24 nov but it's already 29 nov it has been showing out for delivery since two days but didn't received it yet 😕 I am very disappointed never ever send your courier from blue dart 😡
