Open store, found no one sitting there in the office. When called over the shared number, that guy asked me to drop the package nearby the shop owner and mentioned it will be managed by him. Super expensive dhl, min.charge being -400/- and asks to drop package somewhere else. Didn't use the service

They don’t contact nor deliver your order and state the wrong reasons like “customer unavailable/ restricted entry area etc”
