Parcel is sitting idle in their Wearhouse for 4 days, chilling trying to take a break from all the travelling it has done. Best part is no one dares to disturb the parcel because no one even notices a 7 foot tall parcel just sitting there. No phone number, no delivery guys number and the best part the customer care is close to non existent. It only exists to place order not to deliver them. (Hope they don't get into food delivery business because you will order for lunch on Republic day 2026 and they will be delivering on independence day 2027.) P.S. It is out for delivery for 4 days.

The delivery guy is just worse .. they should have a mannerful character... The way they talk to the peopes not good.... .. Bcoz of them ... I kost my 6k package

I honestly don’t know how BlueDart still operates. My package was expected on 27th August. Today is 2nd September, and it’s been sitting in their hub for 4–5 days straight without a single delivery attempt. Not once did they bother to call me properly — the only “call” I got was a 1-second missed call on 1st September. When I tried calling back, the number was switched off. After multiple attempts, I finally got through to what sounded like a counter girl, and she promised delivery by evening. Guess what? They lied. No delivery. To make it worse, the tracking updates are completely fake. They marked “No such consignee at the given address” without even trying to deliver. They even updated “Out for Delivery” but I never received a single SMS or email notification. BlueDart seems to think I’m living in some hidden cave with no access, when in reality my address is perfectly valid and clear. Their so-called customer helpline doesn’t work either — completely useless. No local hub contact numbers are available, so you’re left helpless while your parcel rots in their warehouse.This is by far the worst courier service I’ve ever experienced. In short: fake updates, zero accountability, empty promises, and a masterclass in how NOT to run a courier service. If negative stars were an option, BlueDart would deserve the full galaxy.

Received msg of delivery on saturday 7th 1.30 PM, today till this time 9.20am 11th, not yet delivered the goods

Good & timely service. I sent one parcel weighted 6.2 KG to Bangalore, though the charge was ₹2520 it delivered according to the promise, within two days. All debit & credit cards are accepted here.The delivery service in Guwahati is also good,as few of my couriers delivered to me prior to the expected dates.

So bad service I have got. Please avoid sending parcels via bluedart. Their service is terrible. I sent a parcel ages ago, and it's yet to reach its destination.... I am Very disappointed.

Now a days, delayed in service. Pathetic delivery service.

The worst service ever…my parcel has been sitting in their office for the last 4 days and they didn’t even care to deliver it. Do they want me to come to their office and get the parcel myself…if yes the pls do lemme know. This kind of unprofessional isn’t expected from bluedart.
