Worst Service Experience,Delayed Delivery. This is extremely disappointing. My shipment has been delayed again and again, and the delivery date keeps getting changed without any valid reason. I had ordered this for a specific purpose on a particular date, and your negligence has completely ruined it. even i contacted your customer service team. They assured me that the delivery would reach me within 24 hours but, as expected, nothing happened. Your false promises and irresponsible handling are beyond unacceptable. If you cannot deliver on time, then stop misleading customers with fake commitments. This kind of unprofessional service is a waste of people’s time and money. don't trust Delhivery

"I recently had the pleasure of using the services at the Delhivery Hub in Kahikuchi, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff at this location are incredibly professional and efficient, ensuring that packages are handled with care and delivered promptly. Despite the high volume of parcels they handle, the team maintains a high level of organization and customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience with this service. I sent a parcel from Delhi, and even after two days past the delivery date, it hadn’t reached the location. It was an urgent parcel, so I had to take a flight from Delhi to Guwahati just to collect it. After landing, it took me another 3–4 hours at night to finally get the parcel from their warehouse. After that, I had to fly back to Delhi — it was such a hectic and frustrating experience. The lack of responsibility and care from this service was really disappointing. If you’re sending a parcel, make sure you have at least 10 extra days, just to be safe. That said, their service is better in some other locations, but this particular experience was far from acceptable.

Zero customer value this hub gives to you. My order was delayed by 2 days their priority should have been to me to get it search as tracking was showing in Kahikuchi Hub i went there 30kms to get my parcel. They won't let you go inside / directly talk to officials. Everything was done by gaurd. I was the ratings thought it was not but it was for real. I think no one should visit there even if its emergency

Worst service ever... Its amost 25 days of placing an order.. N my product is stuck in this delivery hub for 10 days and still not delivered.. I needed an urgent delivery... But there is no customer services available.. No responsibilities at all.

My order has been stuck in this guwahati kakhikuchi since 20th june for delivery to tripura idk what they are doing everytime i call them they say delayed today also called them (8th july 2025) again they are like .. delayed due to weather condition they just keep on increasing the dates and guess what now they can't give an estimation date they are telling that they are trying to resolve it soon and will try to deliver as soon as possible what really it's been for than 15 days now also they didn't resolve their condition idk what will happen i told them to cancel but they say they can't cancel it i also did my order in prepaid mode the other order from meesho came faster route by guwahati only idk what happpened to this logistics hopefully willing to get my refund ...🙏

If you value your business and your customers, never send anything through Delhivery. They are a total joke. Four days late, truck sitting in their warehouse in front of everyone, and they still won’t unload it. We wasted days driving out of the city, waiting from morning to night, starving ourselves just to push them to act. Nothing. The people they hire couldn’t care less if your business collapses. Even if a project has the CM’s interest, their manager (Shakil?) doesn’t move a finger. Security treats you like dirt, manager hides like a VIP above the law, and there’s zero communication. Their fancy trucks and shiny logos mean nothing — it’s all fake. Because of these clowns, we’re failing our long-term customers. Supplier picked them? Huge mistake. Their delivery promises are pure nonsense. Honestly, I’d trust a tempo wala on the street more than Delhivery. Look closer at their system: it’s built to keep customers in the dark. Tracking only shows “picked up” and “arrived at warehouse” — nothing in between, no real ETA. If your supplier booked it, only his number works with their support line, and even then you get useless answers. No local contact, no help, no accountability. Bottom line: Delhivery = Disaster. Stay away if you don’t want your deadlines & your business commitments destroyed.

Worsttttttttttt everr. Just shut it down if you'll can't operate. Atleast people won't be hopeful about you'll. This bullshit agency delayed my parcel by 7 days and at last quoted "service disruption" as an excuse.
