Very good person he is. I went for a parcel shipping but he explained me in detail about all the aspects from pricing to size and how it is calculated and also understood that as it was a return parcel to be sent so with that price it would not be ideal for me to ship so i should see some alternative. Knowing how monopoly behaviour is done by other person in this area of shipping companies I really found this person behaviour and intention honest and that made me put this review. Definitely recommend to choose this franchise store of dtdc having a great experience.
