The person at the desk is quick to do the job and doesn't do aimless chatter

I had paid 180Rs by Gpay. However as the payment got stuck, I paid cash as well. The person said if the Gpay transaction is successful, they will refund the amount. When I went there later, they made me go back and forth again and again just to get that money. If I go in the morning they ask me to come in the evening and vice versa.

I thought i was the most useless and careless guy in the world then I met the staff members of DTDC, Paltanbazar branch. They got no manners how to talk with customers, no proper service, no knowledge of their own job, no value of time; just couple of waste people runs it.

The service and behaviour of employees are really good.

There are items missing from the parcel sent from the branch There is no proper customer support or any space for a complaint. They dismiss your queries.

It is suggested not to pack your consignments. DTDC team shall check the items before placing your order. So, better do the packing over there
