DTDC

Very bad service. I am trying to contact but the number provided at Google is not responding. A parcel has arrived their frenchise in today morning from Sibsagar to me. But till now the percel not delivered till now. I am trying to contact them but the number given by them at Google is not valid.

They charge more than the usual dtdc charges. Arrogant owner on the counter seat. Doesn't give you exact breakdown of charges and weight. Charges 5kg charges on 2.3kg weight. Sad money making attender of DTDC brand courier co.

3 years back I didn't know how to courier. I went to the Indian post, blue dart and many courier services available in my area. I didn't like all of that. Because price issue, timing and all. I found DTDC in my area then I asked what the price and what time the the thing will deliver. They said it's one day delivery. I placed at 8pm and the the product is delivered next morning within Assam. And it's awesome. Now the price is increased. But still they try to deliver in one day. That is very nice. That's why I liked the DTDC service. And I totally recommend everyone. Try DTDC.

Very bad experience. I sent a parcel to Vaishali, Bihar through them on 5/2/24. They told that they cannot deliver the parcel to the home address, the receiver has to pick from the nearest DTDC office. I said Ok. The parcel did not even reach there and was returned after reaching Bihar saying wrong address. It was there mistake, they entered wrong pincode. They even refused to refund my money too. My money and time both wasted. It took about 6 days to go there and returned back to me after 8 days. I am not going to send anything from them now onwards.

My parcel has been delivered to this place as shown in the tracking details, I was supposed to get the parcel by 28th sep but it's been 4 days since it was couriered and I have yet to receive it . The contact number has been invalid since long time . Care to let me know where my parcel is .

It is a courier service. It is very fast and very reliable. The rate is normal. The office is near and clean. It is located opposite of Surya cinema hall. The behaviour of the employees are good and are helpful. It can deliver items all over India. Very reliable and flexible service.

My parcel yet not delivered since 7 days. DTDC taken me charges by air and sending my parcel through by road. What a worst service DTDC, so many times I have escalated but yet not delivered. Parcel -D12571718 Kindly take quick action or else I will complaint in Consumer forum that you are taking money from customer and not delivering parcel on time. Replied:-Rs 750 rs taken DTDC courier charge by air and it's sent by road by authorised dealer DTDC.

Very bad service, product reached Guwahati on 25/07/23, they don't deliver till date 03/08/23, They also collect charges for home delivery. They don't have any responsibility and sincerity. Never send any percel through DTDC courier service.
