Worst delivery service. Extremely unprofessional

Ecom express currier is worst currier service in India. I ordered something on 6th of October 2024 and it was shipped via Ecom express. By the 12th or 0ctober the package reached my city and was in the designated delivery center. At 16th October one massage got my mobile today delivery your percel but deliver boy not coming to deliver and I was contact deliver boy his mobile switch off.After that nothing, no updates or anything I tried reaching out to customer support, the number was not found. I found an alternate number on their website and it was one of those automated answering system and it just said that "we will attempt to make a dilevery in the next 24 hrs". I sent them a mail and they responded with "we will deliver it as soon as but today 20th October...my order not deliver till now.

Government should cancel their licence. worst service...even there is no any platform to contact with their service man...there is no customer care platform....only one number available that is too automatic one ..every day they play same voice note..i.e,next 24 you will get your delivery...today more than 12 days i didn't get my delivery

Doesn't even deserve this star! Pathetic behaviour of the delivery people! Specially the person named Rajan Panjiyar! Egoistic, trude, argumentative! Doesn't know how to behave and talk properly. No actions are taken by the company. I have seen many people complaining against this particular person. I am bound to go ahead with a complain against this to consumer forum

The shipment shows out for delivery, but they don't call u and shipment is undelivered. They don't deliver u for next 3 to 4 days. The contact number that u receive in the sms are not responding and neither they call u back. 0 (zero) star from my side

One of the world most pathetic service I have ever come across. The whole system and management seems like a dictatorship who don’t care about customers grievances or concerns. This delivery company license should be immediately revoked and terminated.

They never deliver parcels to your address. Updates fake and delays delivery. I visited their office and collected my parcel. When asked about delivery they said they lack man power. Worst experience ever

3rd Class delivery service. Not fit for 1star rating also. Can't process a simple request of fast delivery. Just giving false excuses. No commitment towards their work. Irresponsible employees. After the order reaches guwahati hub have to wait 2-3 days for delivery. Still waiting for the order to get delivered. Just closed your organization. There are many better delivery partners.
