I recently shifted my household goods from Kondapur, Hyderabad to Bangalore, and the experience was outstanding. The team was punctual, professional, and packed everything with great care. All items were delivered safely and on time without any damage.

Excellent on many points. I used 22 feet container truck to send luggage from Jorhat to Ranchi. I didn't opt for packing and unpacking services, so I won't comment on that...others are as below: 1. Response on call: Excellent, prompt and never a call going unnoticed in our initial discussion phase with Mr Bajrang ji. That's what a customer away from head office expects as good service. 2. Driver: Mr Manoj is an excellent driver with safe driving as his priority, but best part is he used to give a call each day while finishing driving to report his position. ITC...please continue your tie-up with Mr Manoj...he is bringing you good name. 3. Bill process: Mr Praveen (representative) came all the way from guwahati (350 km), to hand over a bill to me in person...made the entire list of luggage during loading and stayed with us till the truck left. Seamless. 4. Service Quality: Multiple small requests were made...not even one was denied and all were accomodated well. 5. Price: Price was agreed upon after negotiation and was at par with market rates. I didn't mind paying for a great service. My luggage, plants and bike reached safely and without any verbal hassle ( the last part is rare in transport business...ITC I hope you maintain that) I highly recommend their service.

Goods are going to Kolkata from Guwahati. So far packing is very good and done with care.
