Worst service quality it been 3 days the parcel is in guwahati but not deliver till now and they don't pick up the calls also. Why the hell you guys waste others time employees are good for nothing

I am highly disappointed with this courier service. My parcel was delayed far beyond the promised delivery date, and there was no proper communication or tracking update provided. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, making the whole experience very frustrating. A service that is supposed to provide reliability and trust completely failed to do so. I would not recommend this courier to anyone looking for timely and professional delivery

Disgusting service. They don’t deliver to your address but expect you to go to their office to pick up the parcel. Stay far away from them. Very rude too.
