Pure harassment to customers by somehow pinning mistakes on us, giving excuses to not be able to deliver courier to the exact location. Asking the receiver to come and take parcels from the office giving the LAMEST POSSIBLE REASONS, that the office is far off from the location of delivery. Extremely Disappointed. Requesting EVERY VIEWER TO NEVER OPT FOR this courier services. Hope GOOGLE introduces rating in Negative, hence this shall be the first services for opting for negative rating.

I feel cheated very worst services provided delivery boy not come to delivered my address even not call also when I call not pickup and when I tracking and check status shown delivery not attempted. Fake delivery guy, always told false VERY WORST SERVICES BEWARE ALWAYS CHEATERS

Worst service. The delivery guy was rude. Asked me to pick the delivery from office. When i was calling back, he didn't pick up. Then he was video calling me. 22028100010421. They don't reply to any of the compaints . They just ask for the consignment number. Thats it . Thats there respond.

Worst courier service...they didn't picked up the Call and also one time the delivery boy threw the packet outside my shop.... Very bad service Not recommended

Have never seen such a worst courier service. It has zero security. I sent a package of food products and some items went missing. The net weight of the package was 2 kg and it got reduced to 1kg. Very disappointing.
