Horrible service by this courier agency. For your parcel delivery, you have to keep on following up with them. In my case, delivery of my parcel took more than 3 days just because they were too lazy to call me and let me know the whereabouts of my parcel. Each staff of this organization is lazy, highly inefficient and lack common sense. I don't understand how this courier company functions as the reviews are very poor. I would request sellers not to use this courier services. It's a harassment for the customers.

Worst of all courier service. Please don't choose them for your delivery services, no response nothing. Very bad staff behaviour

I have been calling them since last 2 weeks asking about my parcel. But there was no response. It is so hard to reach them for their location too...because of this I still didn't get my parcel.

My parcel has reached their office 4 days back. And it's still lying there. No phone number provided. Is this how you do business?

15 days went but didn't receive my delivery till date .. but before 6 days the parcel has reached guwahati .. If theirs any contact number plz response it .. as it's emergency.. but I didn't found any contact number in Google
