Its horrible. You will loose your peace if you take service from this logistic. In my case, it was via Best Home Packers & Movers (I was shifting from Delhi to Guwahati). Horrible service, no clear communication, And when I have complained and warned for lodging FIR in Police, they have delivered my consignment. I would recommend not to take their service unless they improve themselves!

They had committed that they would deliver my scooty on my given address but at the time of delivery they denied to deliver it and asked me to collect it from their office. I told them I have already paid the delivery charge but they told delivery of two wheeler is not possible for us please collect it from our office .when I asked to return my money (only delivery charge). They denied to return my money.

Pathetic Services, My goods are lying in their godown for last 4 days now, no one has ever respomded.. In their website its showing incorrect address, when I tried calling them at them customer care they are saying contact no is not responding, when i asked them for local co-ordinator they denied to share any no ... struggling to contact them to recieve my delivery - no clue on what needs to be done ... If anyone can suggest how to contact the local guy ...

Pathetic. My goods reached their office/branch on 8th. Today is it has been exactly 7 days since and neither have they delivered my product nor have they contacted me regarding it.

Worst service.... My consignment reached the destination 3 days ago and now running from pillar to pillar to get it delivered. They don't give contact numbers.. they gave me a number of the branch manager after about10-20 mails but the number was switched off.
