SSN Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (Delhivery, Guwahati FC)

So so disgusting. No contact number. Not delivered my parcel since so many days. I don't know what to do. It's been 15 days I have not received my parcel. Very very unhappy.

Pathetic service. First there was delay in shipment from their mumbai hub. After reaching the destination hub, My shipment was out for delivery since morning but have not received even late evening. This is not the first time i have faced this issue. Just pathetic service. My request to my fellow is to never use delhivery. It just so pathetic.

If possible i would rate it (-)zero. And this is why: One particular representative turned out to be a big time fraud. And I am also going to mention and bring to others awareness, these kinds of fraudulent activities committed by the courier services guys so that people don't get trapped easily. The delivery guy, had made a hand written note on the back of the package i had ordered stating Rs. 770/- to be collected in hand. Amazon/Flipkart/Jabong/ShopClues or any other online shopping portal always provides printed invoice copies. I was at work and had asked him to hand it over to my mother, who is not a tech-savvy person and thought that she just needed to sign and collect the parcel. I usually use net banking for my purchases but this time i used COD. Now, this guy guy sternly asked for the money and my mom managed to provide the same. Later she gives me a call and narrates the whole incident. I had complained to the concerned online shopping portal who took the necessary steps and compelled this person to come home and repay the rest of the cash. I wish to state that, guys staying in Garchuck, please be aware of this particular branch of Delhivery and be alert as you deal with them.

I wish I can give negative stars as feedback. If Amazon or Flipkart or any other online portal ships using Delhivery, specially heavy items, simply cancel it.

Very bad experience with the Delhivery transport.. once good arrive at the destination and I call them regarding my parcel they behave very badly @imphal.. next day I went to take my goods but still they behave very rudly .. poor customer dealing..

Worst courier service..very bad experience i have.. whatever product come via this courier never reach on time always 10 to 15 days delay. Customer support also worst..
