Worse service, 1month still not delivered.

Very irresponsible.... My medical books was supposed to get delivered on 5 April which was booked on 29 march but it reached destination on 9 April but till today I didn't received my medical books from 17 April there is exam....

Very poor service i was booked meterial 1 date of month till date material not received.

Very3 bad transportation... no handling with care at all. I order 14 acrylic shhet from mumbai, sakinaka... this TCI express carries my goods and even when it reached guwahati, almost 50% of the sheets got damaged...dont know how they put or handle their goods... very careless, seems just doing business to get money

3rd class service they don't have any labour contact for loading and unloading my parcel

No response and very bad service, not responding to email,no guidance to customer I'm telling this as I have call the customer care and I wanted to know about the package which I have order but there is no response and it's been 30 days the package hasn't been delivered.

The most pathetic and lethargic Courier service for parcel, we have come across in 20 years. SPECIALLY THE INCOMPETENT & RUDE STAFF, WHO DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK. We, as customer, booked the services with them, and at the time of delivery, they behave as they own us. Suggestions: TCI EXPRESS MUST HIRE ATLEAST ONE PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT HEAD WHO CAN EDUCATE THE STAFF TO BEHAVE. MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE, BANNING THEM FROM ALL OF OUR ORGANIZATION AND ASKING OUR SUPPLIERS/VENDORS TOO.

3rd class, very unprofessional...and always half of their employees are in intoxicated during duty hours....one of the worst courier/transport services they provide...
