Totally Unprofessional, in 2 words. Their name doens't go with the way they handle their responsibilities. A package was despatched from their Kolkata office on the 27th Jan this year to Guwahati but even after 7 days, it hasn't reached yet. My question is, even if they're using surface transport, why does it take more than one full week or possibly even more time to traverse a distance of less than a 1k km of distance? Do they use foot-courier personnel to carry packages? Pathetic is a soft word to describe this agency.

Although professional in name but unfortunately unprofessional in work here at Guwahati 6th mile branch. My parcel was lying with them for two odd days and don't bother to deliver the same, went there personally to get my parcel.Asked the Reason to the office guy he simply said no one to deliver which shows lethargic staff. Request the company to solve such issues. Rest the paltan bazar staff is very cooperative and praises for them.

Service was very bad after lockdown. Parcel didn't reach, no tracking, no contact number at delivery end. No customer service, no manager nobody was responding. Finally had to call another area office and that person was really helpful.
