All Guwahati mobile number are invalid no one can contact directly online portal shows materials reached out for delivery but never delivered on time. It takes 2 to 3days minimum after reaching destination. I won't to do any business with these type of service provider.

This is the worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. My medicine reached them long ago, but they’re not responding. I even contacted customer care, booked rapido , but still no one is responding. How come no action is being taken against them? They should be shut down.

I got my courier delivery after 7 days. They don't pick up the customer calls.

The location has changed. It is around 500m to west from its previous location. I have spotted the place by asking the people of that place and they have directed me well. But it was not worthy of going there for courier service because the courier service is outdated looks very old place and does not look reliable to send any stuff or even use their service. The owner made his home cum office. When I went there I could hear and smell that his wife was making lunch and I was like is this a courier center or a roadside hotel or something else. I could not trust so I have not sent my stuff through this courier. He was also charging little high price without even weighing the consignment. He has just estimated the weight buy by carrying in his hand and said the estimated price. The office environment and his way of work were not professional at all. So I move out and went to another courier service, where it charged me 40 less for the same product and was delivered much earlier than this. So if you want to send your costly and delicate stuff through this then think twice. However, if you want to send some ordinary stuff then you can try it out and let us know how was your experience and was it worthy enough to use their service.

dont use they dont deliver to ur home and dont pick phone also. WARNNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
